Select the monthly product allowance that fits your catalogue, or redeem a valid gifted-access code.
Build your store
Add your company logo and store description, then load products with prices, stock, images and parcel measurements.
Pass product review
Listings that meet the seller product policy can publish automatically. Anything uncertain goes to a manual review.
Prepare paid orders
After payment is confirmed, pack the order and mark the parcel ready with your preferred collection date.
Track earnings
Shopwide arranges the courier and records eligible seller earnings for direct EFT payout.

FEES AND PAYOUTS
Know what happens to every sale.
Selling fee: 8% of the product value, excluding delivery. Allocated payment-processing fees are recorded separately.
Payout: Direct EFT to your verified bank account. Eligible balances are prepared for the weekly Friday payout cycle after delivery and the configured hold period.
Minimum payout: R100. Smaller eligible balances carry forward. Returns, refunds and disputes can delay or reduce a payout.
DELIVERY
You prepare it. Shopwide arranges collection.
Add accurate product weight and dimensions so customers receive the correct delivery option and price. When a paid order is packed, enter a preferred collection date and collection notes. Shopwide then books the courier and supplies tracking to the customer.
Your private collection address is used for courier booking and is not displayed on the public storefront.

Who may apply?
South African businesses and independent sellers with products that meet Shopwide's seller policy may apply. Approval is required before paid listing access starts.
When does a product go live?
A complete listing is checked against the current product policy. Compliant products can publish automatically; flagged listings wait for admin review.
Can I upload product images?
Yes. Sellers can upload PNG or JPEG images up to 5 MB or use a valid HTTPS image URL.
Do I arrange delivery myself?
No. You supply accurate parcel measurements, pack confirmed orders and mark them ready. Shopwide handles the courier booking and customer tracking.
What happens when gifted access ends?
You receive advance reminders. To keep listing and editing products after the gift period, activate a paid monthly plan.
